Davidson’s Broiler Unit
BACKGROUND
A young county Antrim Hill farmer, mainly involved in sheep approached us looking for funding to develop the farm into a broiler production for the future.

McConville Free Range Unit
We were approached by a mixed beef farmer as he wanted to diversify his farm income. Not only from beef but from free range egg income.

Cranny’s Free Range Poultry
BACKROUND
This existing beef farmer had land surplus to his requirements and he wanted to provide additional income for a farm business which would involve his family.

McElduff Poultry Farm
BACKROUND
An existing farmer approached us as he wanted to invest in his farm but was struggling to source funding with his own bank. He was very interested in the poultry and dairy sectors and was milking 100 Cows.
PROJECT
To provide funding to upgrade his existing dairy unit and to build a new 16,000 free range poultry unit and assist with getting egg contracts.

McGladdery Dairy Unit
we were approached by a dairy farmer who needed his business restructured to provide a longer term for repaying his farm loans as this allowed him to use the surplus monies saved to invest into his business.
PROJECT TYPE
There was a need for new livestock shed and to purchase some farmland thus cutting down on land to be rented and he was also able to increase his milk production.
